I love coding, traveling, open-source software, and improving the Developer Experience

I'm a software engineer, Solution Architect and Framework Developer for AxonIQ, specialized in message-driven software development. During my daily work I improve our open-source Framework, develop tooling focused on developers and help other developers get the best out of our Framework.

I believe that a developers' experience is one of the most important things out there, and I love improving it wherever and whenever I can. Take a look at my projects, such as the Axon Framework IntelliJ plugin, and you'll see that I keep my word.

On October 1st I will start my Digital Nomad journey. I am selling my house in the Netherlands and I will start traveling to southern Europe, chasing the sun, community and life experience. I will remain working with AxonIQ from coworking spaces around the world. I'm excited to see how it will turn out.
